The key card system felt outdated and cumbersome!!! The power outage on New Year's Eve made for a rather unpleasant experience!!! Management's refusal to consider refunds was disappointing!!! Overall, it could use some modernization!!!

this place was just awful! We had ants in our room, super classy, right? And don't even get me started on the broken door handle, how does that even happen? But, shockingly, I didn't receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

I found the breakfast offerings quite disappointing. the selections were limited, and the quality could definitely improve. The steep stairs to reach our room were a real challenge, and while I appreciated the availability of a golf cart, it was not always running. I was really looking forward to a more seamless experience, but this aspect put a damper on my stay.

Loved the stunning views from the pool and the electric buggy ride to rooms! And wow, enjoyed delicious spaghetti with pesto while soaking up the sunset vibes.

It was just a solid selection for a getaway in Manuel Antonio with excellent value for money. Enjoyed the complimentary ride that helped us avoid the steep walk to our room. Avoid the dining room during peak hours if possible.

It was just a decent option for a fleeting pause in Manuel Antonio with reasonable price. The staff were very friendly, and I loved that the reception arranged a buggy ride to our room since it was a steep walk. Make sure to grab a cocktail during happy hour – two for one!

Transportation was a breeze with the bus that conveniently stopped right outside, making trips to the nearby beaches and attractions easy.

I had a pleasant stay with a refreshing pool experience and saw beautiful wildlife like Macaws. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis and provided delicious dinners, while my room was clean and comfortable. However, better lighting in the room and an in-room coffee option would enhance the experience.

Our room was huge and we saw about 50 monkeys while sitting by the pool, which was pretty epic. Also, the staff were super friendly. one of them even taxi'd us to our next stop for a really good price.

It wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
